After a three months probation / training period you'll be performing following tasks:
Job Responsibilities:
Inspecting, scanning and delivering/receiving goods to/from customers/vendors
Processing/Recording Stock Receipts and Deliveries in ERP
Recording and processing sales orders / invoices and credit notes etc.
Obtaining proof and meeting compliance requirements on all stock movements
Handling assigned Account Payables and Account Receivables
Recording expenses and day to day transactions in ERP
Assisting in conducting stock audits as per audit calendar
Investigate, Find and Remove Discrepancies
Job/Person Specification:
Persons with experience will be preferred.
Must be computer literate and have good soft skills.
Ability to multitask.
Police verification report needed.
