Working Hours : 8 working hours ( Monday to Friday)

Expertise/Skill set :

Communication Skills: Expert in English

Written : By able to write succinctly and precisely
Verbal : fluent speaker with American ascent preferred , appropriate use of tenses
Listening : Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.

Microsoft Office:

MS OFFICE: Moderate Typing speed, Should be able to work on MS office applications smoothly.

Skills Organizational Skills : Punctually (zero excuse or absenteeism) Organize files/information in appropriate folders Follow up on tasks assigned with extreme responsibility “to get things done” Follow rules (no mistakes, zero tolerance for mistakes) “Can do” attitudes Coordination skills Customer oriented Service mentality Flexible about working hours Quick Learner (need to be taught once) Education : Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce or Sciences
