International staffing firm seeking experienced Pega developers. Elite Office Staff Inc is a provider of temporary employment services in the field of Customer Service, Program Management, Network/IT Engineers, Business Analysts and Administrative staff in IT job market in many countries. Experience NEEDED. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions.
Ability to solve complex production issues
Collaborates and leads global technology team to implement PRPC solution
To design Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using PegaSystems' Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
Experience is using & building PRPC frameworks for reuse, using Pega Connectors & Services for integration, PRPC tools PAL, Tracer, Security Model, Access Groups, UI Portals, Log Analyzer, PRPC Multi-node architecture and caching.
Experience in PRPC configuration and customization
Experience on Pega IAC, SOAP Interface, Access rules.
Working knowledge of Oracle database

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma (MINIMUM)
7 plus years IT experience with minimum 3-5 years hands on development experience with Pega PRPC, BPM in large corporate environment.
Pega certifications is preferred
Strong work ethic and motivation
