Manage Scope , Schedule and Quality of the project
• Communicate and Liaison with stakeholders
• Analyze data (and shadow the agents) to find the root cause of problems and document findings
• Understand the existing process and recommend changes to the process (i.e. process re-engineering)
• Develop processes and flow chart
• Review and understand assigned requirements and prioritize
• Train the agents on the new process
• Perform second level review (audit) of the work done by the agents
• Manage Budget
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Data Analysis skills
• Exceptional customer service and facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor
• Experience communicating with Stakeholders
• Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts using visuals and detailed instructions
• Experience managing the full life cycle of the project
• Quick learner
• Six Sigma certification(s) preferred
