Because of our entrepreneurial culture and work environment, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent project organization and be self-motivated. This person will be interfacing with customers to gather requirements, coding and unit testing updates to existing ColdFusion applications, coordinating software releases with infrastructure teams. He/She must be able to work alone and in small groups where key components are separated among developers. He/She must possess a proven understanding of translating client needs into business logic and code structure. A background with rapid deployment schedules would be a plus.

HTML, CSS, Javascript (Front End Web development)

Basic Requirements:

3+ years’ experience with ColdFusion application development in version 9. Experience in ColdFusion version 10+ with custom tags would be an advantage.
Experience with ColdFusion Components (CFCs) and coding for Section 508 compliance.
Good sense of managing IIS and ColdFusion server level settings, architecture and best practices in an enterprise environment.
Understand and design custom client-server socket communication in a ColdFusion and/or Adobe Flex environment.
Ability to design and create clean, business application user interfaces for browser based and installed applications.
HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, XML, Ajax, JQuery experience.
Oracle DB, SQL, Stored Procedures.
Experience with Subversion/Git
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
