We are looking for Payroll/Accounts Executive with excellent administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team. He is expected to examine and compile monthly payroll, financial reports and be well acquainted with governmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of active Payroll processing experience within a fast-paced environment
Managing and resolving any issues related to payroll.
Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as needed
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
Process Vendor payments and Check requests
Assist in Reconciling all Balance sheet and Income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
Preparation of Payroll processing and salary disbursements/Overtime/Incentives
Reconciliation of salary invoices.
Overseeing and reviewing payroll payments and account reconciliations.
Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
