Compliance & implementation of security procedure & policies for Databases.
- Maintaining data integrity, managing profiles, resources and password security.
- Management of databases backups, recoveries,
- Installation, upgrade and patch management for Oracle & MS SQL software.
- Implementation / deployment of industries / company’s best practices in the field of database(s) in all aspects
Management / creation / maintenance of all documentation for routine tasks, incident logs, future plans and disaster recovery plans.

· License and Capacity Management of Database Products, which also include defining license requirement for new hardware and new applications

· Regular visits of remote sites of the company which are located in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s remote locations for databases health check and new database related implementations and application rollouts / testing.

Resolution / handling of Support calls related to Database / application’s back end.
Support IT team to answer technical queries related to application vendors as and when required.
Liaise with Infrastructure team for Server Management and Application team for application backend support.
Implementation of Industry best practise and security policies.
Perform periodic self-Audit and compliance review and submission of report to IT Management.
Predicting future Oracle Trends for Hardware usage and User load (Capacity Management).
Periodic Service Level / performance reviews with IT Management.
