This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager Recruitment for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing our customer support staff/recruiters who are responsible for recruiting linguistics all over the UK.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the running and managing the international recruitment department daily
Set targets for all recruiters to meet up with
Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the management
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Hosting 1-2-1’s and team meetings
Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the management

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of recruitment experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
