This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP.

We are looking for full-time Quality Assurance having background experience in the Call Centre Industry for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
The candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our CSR staff who deal with our existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the site management team.
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

1-3 years Call Centre Experience
Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs)
Bachelor’s degree a plus
Data analysis and reporting
Excellent skills required in Microsoft PowerPoint
Focus on quality and customer service.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
