This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP.

We are looking for full time Scrum Master/ Project Manager for our office located in Islamabad.
As a Scrum Master you’ll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive.
You’ll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow.
Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
Helping organization in planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
Use SCRUM development processes. Must be able to switch between the methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

BS - CS/SE from reputed university
Preferably scrum master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
Prior experience of creating/managing sprints/tasks using Jira
Prior experience of software development (.NET 1+ year)
Minimum 3 years of project management/Scrum experience and 2 years leading sprints
Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
Exceptional oral & written skills
