We are looking for full-time Team Lead Customer Support for our office located in , Bahria Town, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing our customer support staff/recruiters which is responsible for recruiting linguistics all over the UK.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversee the running and managing the international recruitment department daily
· Set targets for all recruiters to meet up with
· Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
· Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
· Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the management
· Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
· Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
· Hosting 1-2-1’s and team meetings
· Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
· Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards
· Perform other duties as assigned by the management
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
· 3-5 years Call Center experience as Team Leader
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Exceptional listening and analytical skills
· Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
