Below are the requirements for our ideal candidates:

Preferred Qualifications:

ICS/BA/MA/BSCS/Engineering

The required skills are:

Excellent English reading & writing abilities
Web & content research
Transcription & Word Processing
Documentation
Quality Management
Problem Solving
Reporting

The responsibilities are:

Searching specific information on Google or other search engines (web research)
Searching for specific information in user manuals and other documents
Moving all the data into a software (training will be provided)
Transcription from image to word
Format content as per instructions

Job Specifications:

Excellent command over the English language
Excellent grammar and written communication
Understanding of research methodologies and strong analytical skills
Should be willing to work on rotational shifts
Should be proficient at MS Office Suite
Fast typing skill is a plus
