Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager in a startup company. This position is critical in setting the direction for business development.
We’re looking for self-motivated and result oriented individual to help build a world-class business development team that consistently exceeds business targets.
Our emphasis will be on selling our "love of innovation" not just technology and our empathetic approach to winning and retaining customers, and desire to delight everyone, we come in contact with.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, and Guru etc.
- Providing quotations, pre and post-sales support to the customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Writing proposals/cover letters and handling client interactions including bidding, follow-ups, requirement gathering, negotiations, and deal closure
- Estimate projects in terms of time and costs
Professional Qualifications:
- A recognized degree (bachelors or masters) in Marketing or IT.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role in the Software Industry
- Knowledge about mobile aplications, website design, development and graphics work
- Excellent Communication, Marketing & Negotiation Skills
- Well conversant in English speach and writing.
