Description of Function

As part of our Business Development Team, we are looking for a dedicated, English speaking senior marketing associate or marketing manager.

In specific, tasks will include:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our mission and vision.
Create and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including podcasts, videos, client stories, and sustainability reports as well as maintaining und updating the homepage.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Increasing brand awareness and market share
Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies accordingly, and report on progress to senior management.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Development of texts for posts, press releases, website, blogs etc.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Social Media Account with content planning and development
Website management (WordPress)
Support for on and offline events

Who you are.

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative candidate with extensive working experience in marketing, and social media management.

Key attributes and skills you bring to this exciting role are:

Higher education degree with a focus on Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media and or Linguistics
Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth.
Previously demonstrated the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native) in a professional Environment is a must.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Professional skills in Power Point, Canvas and Adobe Programs especially Photoshop, InDesign as well as WordPress are highly desirable.

Whom you will work with

You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team located in Zurich. You will become part of a dynamic team and organization with colleagues in Ecuador, India, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Switzerland, and the United States.
