It was founded in 1983 as a proprietor under the patronage and leadership of engineer Rana Saeed Ahmed Zafar, who is one of the highly qualified engineers with more than 38 years of multifarious practical experiences in Pakistan as well as abroad in the field of multifarious practical experiences in Pakistan as well as abroad in the field of Industry, Industrial Plant Design, Research & Development, Teaching and Consultancy. For more than 7 years has worked as the Technical Adviser in the Algerian Ministry of Petroleum & Petrochemical, where he had the opportunity to work for the world's largest grass root projects of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroluem Gas (LPG) of worth several billion US dollars. He is also a visiting professor of Engineering Faculty in some of the prominent universities of the country.rnLater on, this firm was converted into a Private Limited Company in 1993. Today, the company has its offices in all major cities of Pakistan.rnM/S Engineering Pakistan (Private) Limited has multi field activities e.g. Technical Studies, Feasibility Reports, Energy and Material Audits, Environmental Studies, Modification and Revamping of Industrial Plants, Project Supervision, Financial Services, Fire Loss Surveyors, Machinery Loss Surveyors and Assets Valuation.rnThe company also has experience of several years for providing basic and detailed engineering and design of complete industrial plants and equipment, processes and systems, piping, instrumentation and controls etc. and also has the honor of designing / completing many industrial plants, which were the first of its kind in the country.rnThe company and its associates have handled numerous industrial projects of different categories and of investment, ranging up to multibillion US dollars. Although the company has been executing jobs of Asset Valuations since 1983, after the enlistment of the company with Pakistan Banks Association (PBA), a full division was setup to execute the Asset Valuation jobs to the highest professional standards. The company has completed more than twelve thousand (12,000) Asset Valuation Jobs till Dec 2005, ranging in value from a few hundred thousand rupees to multibillion rupees worth assets (both industrial as well as properties).rnPresently, a total man power of 82 personnel, including 54 professionals / Associates are managing the company.
