Job summary:
IELTS Speaking/ESL Teacher:
We are looking for dedicated professional English language teachers to provide online instructions in English as a second language for a wide range of learners of IELTS.The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional teaching manner.
Ø Teach the IELTS Speaking /English language to Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines
Ø Prepare and study the teaching materials before the lesson stars
Ø Conduct one-on-one audio/video lessons with students within the prescribed time
Ø Provide corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each lesson
Ø Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed
Job Requirements:
Ø Must be at least 22 years old
Ø Graduate of a 4-year college/university course.specifically in Education,Communication Arts,English,Philosophy
Ø Let passers and applicants with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/CETYL/IELTS certificate or equivalent will be prioritized
Ø IELTS teaching experience ,ESL teaching experience and Mandarin proficiency is advantage.
Ø Must have the required technical and home office requirements
Ø Available to teach:
1. at least 6 days a week
2.at least 8 hours a day
3.can work during the peak hours: 7pm to 11pm.
Ø Good command of the English language
Ø Proficient with the use of computers
Ø Has excellent social skills and strong work ethics,professional,passionate in teaching,patient,focused,knowledgeable&can work with minimal supervision
Ø Must not be working for another company especially online English school
Ø Open to all qualified candidates from NCR,Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Home-office Requirements:
Ø Desktop computer or laptop(Windows 7 or above)
Ø Wired Internet Connection-at least 2Mbps(This means that you router/moderm should be physically connected to a wired line-phoe line or cable or fiber optics.CPU(Processor)-Dual Core Processor or above,Intel of AMD
Ø RAM：At least 2GB of RAM(4 GB is recommended)
Ø Headset-with noise cancelling feature
On-boarding Requirements:
Ø Quiet,clutter-fee and well-lighted teaching environment/home office
Ø Soft copy of 2*2 ID photo(White background)
Ø Audio/video recorded self-introduction
