The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for the following activities:

Processing recruitment which includes searching candidates, pre-scanning CVs and sorting candidates for interview, participating in interviews, and hiring the selected candidate.
Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation and increment letters.
Process resignation and prepare full and final settlement.
Communicate with insurance company for staff’s health and life insurance policy, get staff registered, timely process renewal, and facilitate staff to avail benefits.
Coordinate with other department for all HR policy implementation and other concerns of staff.
Conduct in-house training on different social as well professional skills.
Do job analysis in coordination of Head of each department for balancing workload of each employee.
Prepare job description of each staff in coordination with department head and update on individual job responsibility.
Do market research on pay package, benefits, perks etc.
