We are looking for a highly competent Business Development Executive to join a start-up, entering the Pakistan market with an established Education Management System. The individual will be self-motivated and aspire to grow with the company, with a view to growing into an end-to-end Sales Person. At the outset, you will prospecting clients and arranging meetings for the Sales Director but will grow into closing deals too.  You must be energetic, hard-working, organized, tenacious and have strong verbal and written communications skills (both Urdu and English). An out-going attitude and pleasant phone demeanor are also required. We are seeking a candidate ready to put in the work required to grow as a sales person.

  Duties:

  • Proactively source details of relevant staff of the prospective clients (Universities, Colleges, Schools)
  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and arrange meetings between the prospect and the Sales Director
  • Follow up with all leads in order to keep rapport and convert leads into meetings
  • To think with a customer centric mindset

About you:

  • Excellent English and Urdu
  • Outbound telemarketing or some sort of prospecting sales experience is preferred
  • Be familiar with the Customer Centric Sales Methodology
  • Have a business-minded thought process, to identify opportunities
  • Ability to forge strong relationships over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Previous experience selling into Educational institutions is a plus
