Assistant Manager Marketing

Enrichers Investment Group’s is in need of Assistant Manager (Marketing) who is capable in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; and, writing and designing proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and web pages

Job Responsibilities and Duties of Assistant Manager (Marketing)

Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
Coordinate with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.
Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Advertising Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge – for Assistant Marketing Manager Job

Education: Candidate should hold a Master degree in particular field; however, marketing, business studies, economics, and other business-related disciplines are mostly preferred. Having certifications from recognized bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing increases job prospects

Communication Skills: One of the essential qualities required in promoting a product and convincing clients to make purchases is the ability to communicate

Teamwork Skills: Assistant marketing managers are adept at working with marketing teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal

Organizational Skills: Assistant marketing managers are able to plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies to boost sale and product awareness.
