Job Description:

To build client relationship
To achieve assigned personal and branch sales targets through the Sales team
To lead the business development team to generate potential business leads
To contact potential clients via calls, emails, and arranged
To train the business development staff
To sell financial services to create new business
To conduct business meetings with potential clients
To Monitor and control Branch expenses improving operational sustainability
Monitoring of Branch upkeep to enhance Client experience
Establishing strategies to expand the customer base
Responsible for; all branch issues related to administrative matters, daily attendance of all staff & personnel policies and procedures

Competencies Required:

Have passion of sales.
Strong analytical negotiation skills.
Excellent with numbers and figures.
Extrovert and excellent people management skills.
Good writing, drafting and presentation skills.
Reasonably good in written and spoken English
Self-motivated, pleasant, positive mind-set and consistent towards achievement of goals.
