Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Addressing customer concerns and complaints
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. senior management)
Organizing PR events

Competencies Required:

Proven experience as a Public Relations Executive or similar PR role
Presenting the product or services in a structured professional way.
Excellent Communication & negotiation Skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Financial Growth Motivated and open to accept challenges.
Ability to work well under pressure
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
