The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for the successful execution of focused strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives. 

  • This role will will primarily focus on the small to mid market businesses in Australia.
  • Working hours are 4:00am to 12:00pm Pakistan Standard Time.
  • This role will incorporate outbound calling into your assigned territory and includes acquiring new business and retaining existing revenue. 
  • Our product is very successful with huge demand in the market.

Your performance will be measured on following matrices:

  • Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets
  • Evidence of increased sales of the assigned Products and Services
  • Increased referrals and business opportunities from existing customers
  • Movement of opportunities through the sales funnel at pre-agreed rates
  • CRM activity

You have to meet at least 1 condition below to be selected for this role:

  • Prior Experience of working in top 5 Pakistani call centres
  • You have lived in an English Speaking Country
  • You have native English Accent
