Eximpoo Cool Chains Pvt. Limited, a leading cold storage division of Star Textile Mills (Pvt.) Limited is looking for dedicated “Business Development Head” for its HORECA section;

JOB SUMMARY:

Business Development Planning:

  1. Present to and consult higher management on business trends with view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  2. Plan for new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  3. Identify opportunities for services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  4. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and prospect potential new clients.
  2. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  3. Handle queries of clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Management and Research:

  1. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  2. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  3. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  4. Present business development training and mentoring to internal staff.
  5. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  6. Understand the company’s goal and purpose to enhance the company’s performance.
  7. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Handle Customer Queries:

  1. Deal with customer/client queries, investigate the matter and try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
  2. Seek for the best possible solution of a query and take a quick action.
  3. Follow-up to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
