Responsibilities:

Conducting Sales and promotional activities daily to create awareness bring traffic and on boarding of medical practitioners/patients (in Hospitals & GP Market, e.g. Private Clinics, Pharmacies/Labs, other Health care setups/On ground Health Camps and patient’s communities on Shifaam’s website.
Walkthrough and train Doctor/PA with Shifaam Clinic Management System (CMS)
Work effectively and efficiently in assigned area/ region.
Timely prepare and submit the Sales/Community meeting Reporting and related documents to the Head Office as per the requirement.
Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers/doctors/community leaders
Establish Rapport and address day-to-day concerns of on-boarded doctors/Community leaders via Account management.
Arrange Doctors/patients onboarding/orientation/focus group/community programs to ensure maximum participation and customer engagement.
Gather Competitor on filed data on monthly basis to be shared with the Head Office.
Carry out on-ground Research on commonly prevalent diseases in related health care echo system and submit reports when and where required
To carry out any other special task assigned by the management.
