MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.
• Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
• To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.
• Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
• Handle in-bound inquiries via phone, email and live chats.

Qualifications:
· Minimum Intermediate/ A-levels.
Experience:
· 1 years’ experience similar role would be preferred
Shifts Timings:
Candidates must be flexible for the following shift timings
· 6:00p-3:00a
· 7:00p-4:00a
