JOB SUMMARY: Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.
• Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
• To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.
• Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
Handle in-bound inquiries via phone

Candidates must be flexible for the following shift timings
· 6:00p-12:00a
· 7:00p-1:00a
Basic Salary : 18,000 PKR
Dependability : 5000 PKR on 100% monthly attendance
Conveyance Allowance: 2000/-
Please not it is 6 days a week and 6 Hours a day job
