Job brief:
In this newly created position you will assist with developing, coordinating and overseeing marketing campaigns and creating and maintaining social media platforms to support the company's brand and values. This role requires a self-motivated, creative individual who will bring a fresh approach and a passion to connect with our customers.
Responsibilities:
· As a key member of our team, assist with developing and executing campaigns and engagement strategies that support marketing, communications and customer service.
· Work with in-house graphic designer and other vendors to implement creative assets
· Create and run successful paid advertisement campaigns on Twitter, Facebook and other social media channels.
· Create and manage Search engine marketing campaigns and paid advertisements on Google display network.
· Help identify target markets for campaigns based on market research
· Plan and coordinate special programs, activities and events
· Write campaign materials and coordinate production (factsheets, flyers, ads, etc.)
· Recommend, create and implement social media strategy
· Monitor, maintain and manage all company social networks, including creating content and engaging in conversations and collaborating with internal teams
· Serve as an internal expert for all things digital, and keep management aware of activities and emerging trends and practices
· Help drive online marketing tactics, including SEO, lead generation, remarketing, and retargeting
Requirements:
· BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
· 2+ years’ experience in marketing with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing social media campaigns and promotions
· Google AdWords/AdSense certified.
· Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
· Project management - can take a project (e.g. campaign) from start to finish.
· Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
· Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
· Proven ability to develop well-written materials
· Detail oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution
