We are seeking a D365 Finance and Operations Developer for our Pakistan office who will create, maintain, and support custom solutions and integrations. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, code reviewing, testing technical solutions (Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations) based on business requirements while identifying potential issues and integrating possible solutions. The candidate must be proven developer / technologist in IT with experience in design / delivering technical solutions with a focus on distributed / cloud technologies.

3+ years of IT experience.
Analysing and understanding business requirements and translating those to deliverable customizations
Provide Dynamics end user support to technical and non-technical users.
Skills of X++ development, including solutions.
T-SQL development skills
Experience developing with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
A proven track record of delivering complex implementations, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365.
Some of the exciting work you will encounter:
Develop custom-coded solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations—particularly in Retail, Finance, and SCM.
Develop customizations
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot issues using T-SQL development skills.
Create Software Deployable Packages with custom code and ISV solutions in a single package.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate progress and status on Azure DevOps work items and enterprise ticketing system(s).
Work within an Agile development team. Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, BAs, QA, Solution Architects, etc.
Analysis of requirements and implementation of specifications.
Conform to team coding standards and practices.
Document new and existing solutions to ensure support associates and other developers have reference materials for troubleshooting and understanding working code and solutions.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
