To facilitate and provide full support to Branch Manager in managing and maintaining a clean branch portfolio. This position ensures completion of assigned targets along with efficient follow up with Micro Credit Officers for maintenance of 100% clean quality portfolio and collection of outstanding recoveries. Considered to be well versed with the banking policy manuals and procedures with full back up of Branch Manager.
KEY DUTIES & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ø Ensure complete Collection & monthly assigned self & team targets.
Ø Support an environment that promotes providing a level of care that make customers feel welcomed, significant and engaged.
Ø Completion and recommendation of Micro finance files on daily basis and completing all the discrepancies.
Ø Maintains an error free documentation for every micro credit proposal submitted to Head office. Ensure audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure.
Ø Perform verification of every customer marketed by Micro Credit Officers.
Ø Ensure maintenance of daily mobilization sheets, and follow up with all customers to keep a check on Micro Credit Officers.
Ø Train, coach, and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, products, systems and banking procedures and instructions from Head Office.
Ø Ensure adherence to KYC and AML guidelines while initiating and reviewing customer relationships.
