Supervise the day to day functions of the Bank including close monitoring of the activities of sales staff in micro branches and making a strategy for completion of monthly targets.
Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB’s.
Must has ample experience to get term deposits.
Achieve agreed sales target of micro finance, deposits & cross sell as assigned by the Management.
Provide highest level of customer service.
Create a Liaison with existing and prospective clients to provide banking advice on Escorts Bank products and services in line with the Borrowing, Saving and other needs.
Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, NBFC Rules & procedures and all Manuals.
Complete adherence to Sales Process.
Sound Knowledge of EIBL’s products and services and should be well versed with the micro financing, Credit and Certificate of Deposit Manual.
