We are looking for a customer service officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the customer's email for Amazon Accounts.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
Resolve customers' disputes (Negative feedback & Product review) by convincing them.
Resolving the disputes (A-Z Claim / Chargeback claim).
Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

1+ year of relevant experience.

Skills Required:

E-commerce Customer Service experience.
Written communication Problem-solving
Knowledge of E-Commerce Marketplace Policies.
