• Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts/credentials/resignations or any other personnel-related document.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information Create and distribute company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Respond to employees' queries.
  • Maintain a database of budgeted positions vs current status for providing suitable manpower for vacant positions.
  • Completely responsible for the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.
  • Ensure that the induction plan is signed off and filed in the personal file of all employees.
  • Responsible to track the attendance and leave database of all staff for payroll input
  • Responsible for Salary Processing / Payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, and other deductions to payroll.
  • Reviewing and updating data in the monthly payroll sheets.
  • Look into the Performance Management procedure
  • .Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters.
  • Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
  • Ensure that contract renewals are done on time.
  • Also responsible in case of Employee Separation to ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave.
  • Conduct exit interviews in specified formats to follow for the clearance certificate and ensure the final settlement is done within the standard agreed timeline.
  • Data Management at all levels is also the responsibility of the HR
  • Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, Recruitment Files and related to it. SOP for all HR related must be communicated among staff.
  • Play the role of Employee champion by knowing and counseling their employees as and when required. Handle Health Insurance
  • Furthermore, any other task assigned by management will lie in the duty of the employee.
