Esper Solutions is looking for Machine Learning and Computer Vision developers for permanent positions who will design, develop and maintain medium to large scale ML models and computer vision applications on diverse platforms.

About the Company: Esper Solutions is a Pakistan-based Software Solutions company providing Image Processing and Machine Learning based customized solutions to clients in both national and international markets.

Job Description: We are looking to hire dedicated ML/CV developers for our Islamabad office. Detailed description for openings is shared below. Looking for experienced/fresh graduates.

Required Skills:

Excellent Understanding of basic ML/CV concepts (filtering, regression etc)
Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or other ML frameworks/libraries
Experience with OpenCV, Dlib or other computer vision libraries
Basic understanding of major ML techniques and algorithms (ANN’s, CNN’s, SVM’s, LSTM’s)
Python and C++ programming experience
Experience with Google, Azure, Amazon and other cloud based ML/CV platforms will be a plus

General Skills:

Good grasp of Linear Algebra and Calculus
Good English and Communication Skills
Good Debugging and Performance Optimizations Skills
Should be Able to Work Independently
Able to Read and Write documentations
Hands on Experience with Git

Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of ML and CV applications
Research and proof of concept application development
APIs creation for developed systems
Development of data acquisition and distribution pipelines
