1- Source, assess and recommend for hire the best candidates to fill vacant positions from internal and external sources.
2- Develop recruitment strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
3- Manage the job posting process including adding and refreshing job postings
4- Analyze market trends & monitor openings and turnover
5- Maintain a network of contacts with area employment resources; participate in job fairs and other association events as needed.
6- Source relevant candidates through utilizing different channels i.e. career portal, social media etc
7- Liaison with Head Hunters and recruitment consultants for sourcing appropriate candidates
8- Shortlist applicants using a variety of selection techniques including tests & interviews
9- Finalize job requirements and job descriptions for all positions with the concerned Line Managers
10- Perform reference checks when appropriate or requested on potential hires.
11- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate recruiting efforts as required
12- On boarding / renewal of contractual employees
13- Prepare budget approvals, minute sheets & organograms
14- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
15- Lead projects as assigned by HOD
