Position based in Karachi – ( Male/Female)
- Submit Purchase orders and coordinate with vendors on related matters
- Prepare LC documents, shipping guarantees and all other documents required in import
- And also make sure that all documents are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Submit all the necessary forms on Weboc
- Make different inventory reports including maturity of payments and maintain ledger of stock/spare parts.
- Posting of all import documents on SCM/channel.
- Coordinate with forwarders, clearing agents and store
- Maintain CEO personal payments.
Requirement
- Atleast two years Experience in related field
- Good computer skills specialized in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Graduate in Supply Chain / Finance
