2. Acquire detailed info on competitors in relevant market & their strengths & possible weaknesses
3. Understand market trends & to depute relevant staff for comparison report with current product range & analyze strengths or weaknesses
4. Understand & analyze the segments of market being tapped & suggest if any addition or change is required
5. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
6. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales.
7. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
