Position Overview:
- The implementation manager's primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact between customers/clients and Euro soft during the onboarding period.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and prospects to gather and define requirements
- Lead the team with an agile mindset by transferring company culture and values
- Provide support and manage the execution after the closing of a sale.
- Ensure appropriate configuration and deployment of product/ application.
- Work closely with the development team on prioritization and clarity of customizing requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in the fields of Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in project/ implementation management in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and IT.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:
- Min 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector
Job Industry:
- Software/IT industry
Timings:
- Second Shift - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PST)
