- Coordinate within the IT Department & with clients to improve the quality of sales & services by analyzing business needs.
- Be a business consultant to clients.
- Be the main liaison between the client and executive IT management team & employees.

Requirements:
- Must be a Computer science graduate (BSCS or equivalent).
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred.
