We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative Managing incoming calls, chats and emails

  • Generating sales inquiries through calls, chats and emails
  • Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales
  • Assessing customers needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
  • Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
  • Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good content writer
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
  • Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files
  • Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
  • Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her order on time CSR
  • should be fluent in English and Urdu as well
  • Monthly Bonus is directly based on your performance.

Specific Tasks:Generate Excel Sheets Take Orders On Calls,sms And Whatsapp Resolve Customer Complaints Write Emails
