Evenire Marketing & Management is looking for an exceptional Graphic/Visual Designer to join us in Karachi as our growing Design Team. As our ideal candidate, you will create innovative and compelling designs for our social media, digital and on-ground client work that inspire and educate their customers worldwide; from fashion & food, to businesses and industries, and education.

Key Qualifications:

5 years minimum experience in a design company, advertising agency or in-house creative environment.
Broad background in design that spans digital, editorial, and video work, and the ability to confidently create, evaluate, and re-direct when necessary.
Solid expertise in developing creative solutions in a variety of campaigns, across a broad range of problems and media including advertising, social, print, video/broadcast, interactive (web, DM, and social networking), retail communications, and channel POS.
Excellent skills with design software, which will be used in the design and creative production process. This includes, but is not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision

Requirements:

- 3 years experience in graphic design working within an advertising agency or in-house environment, with ecommerce or retail exposure
- Design beautiful and engaging advertising creative in support of marketing and merchandising initiatives across video, digital, social media, print, merchandising, out-of-home and more
- Strong portfolio of conceptual work that demonstrates particular expertise across digital, paid performance and CRM/email marketing.
- A degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Studies, or other design-related field is helpful.
- Focused on results
- Excellent communication, presentation and team/collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines.
- Excellent visual design sense and a user-centered process - your portfolio should have examples of not only great design, but digital and consumer facing applications
- Exceptional at providing design and art direction to production artists, animators, editors and engineers
- A profound love for Social Media and local/international businesses.
