The Role
- Based in the Faisalabad (Pakistan) Office, the Customer Support Specialist will be providing technical assistance to clients with an emphasis on timely resolutions and quality customer service.
Main Focus
- Excellent communication skills Fluently able to speak English Keen to learn new technologies Problem solve rUnderstanding of CCTV/IP camera understanding of Networking Concepts (DNS, DDNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Candidates who have a firm grasp of the English language (preferably holding an MA in English) and are tech-savvy (able to learn quickly) can also apply as training will be provided.
