  • Driving performance measures for the operation including a consideration of efficiency versus effectiveness.
  • Creates an environment in which products and processes are designed to ensure patient satisfaction; effectively incorporates patient perspectives in all business activities.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of operations budget to ensure compliance with Hospital expenditure requirements.
  •  Resolves problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies for the Hospital.
  •  Analyzes and recommends changes in Hospital systems, policies and procedures and ensures their implementation.
  • Participates in the evolution and refinement of the quality improvement process at the Hospital.
  • Ensure effective and smooth communication between patients, attendants, medical teams and other health services pertaining to health education and the experiences in the hospital.
  • Leads the digital experience portfolio for enhanced patient connections, information and solutions leading to better patient care and synchronized communication between healthcare teams and patient including an EMR.
  • Leads the patient experience portfolio to ensure smooth patient journeys in the OPD, IPD, ER and other areas of the hospital focused on patient safety and efficiency of processes.
  •  Leads the physical experience portfolio to ensure the patient experience is outstanding in respect to the hospital environment and conditions, look and feel, hospitality services and cleanliness.
  • This includes maintaining the LEED Gold certification for the hospital.
