· Assist in Planning and organizing all the activities of planning and cost accounting function
· Assist in managing day to day operations of the planning and cost accounting function from accumulation, collection and calculation of costs to monthly accounting close and analysis
· Assists in evolving a cost environment from scratch leading up to pricing per service and margins per service etc.
· Helps in Identifying, hire and financial analysts and cost accountants as and when required
· Assists in developing the processes to ensure periodic updating of standard costs
· Ability to work with the accounting team, perform monthly closing
· Ability to communicate the issues and opportunities to the management
· Assist to develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers
· Make complete inventory accounting and reporting
· Assists in creating and executing the planning process for the hospital i.e. financial model, KPI’s etc.
· Supports the Manager of Finance in preparing the Sector’s strategy reviews
