We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Executive to manage our online sales/business and lead generation. The main responsibilities include:
· Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, PeoplePerHour)
· Prior experience in bidding with grip on Upwork, PeoplePerHour etc. is must
· Acquiring business through outbound calling & email campaigns
· Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project
· Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, followup with client and closure
· Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Communicates on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
· Maintain very high rating on all platforms
· Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up
· Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia is a must
· Convert the leads into sales opportunities
· Focused on customer satisfaction and ensure to resolve all the issues vigilantly
· Demonstrated history of generating at least$15,000 to $25,000 business through freelancing portals
