About the job:

As a Sr. PHP Developer, you will work with your product team to develop user-centric software products from idea to production.
This is a fast-paced environment providing rapid delivery for our business partners.
You will be working in a highly collaborative environment that values speed and quality, with a strong desire to drive change as we continue on our agile transformational journey.
As we grow this culture, mindset, and capability, we want you to lead this change with us.
We are continuing a maturity to Agile Lean Startup teams and we need a full stack developer to join them.
Desired development skills:
Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, Wordpress, Magento etc
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
