- Maintain a close liaison with all old and new clients in coordination with the B2B team.
- Ensure that the invoice is generated and received by the client on time.
- Frequently visit clients as per the schedule to ensure that the recovery targets are met.
- Liaise with Finance Department for each payment receipt in order to avoid issues with payments or delinquency.
- Make strong follow-ups with clients for recoveries and diligently reconcile payment records to avoid discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly recovery summaries or statements and keep records updated at all times.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the Manager.
