Keep the lab property in good working condition and ready to use.
Negotiate new construction contracts and provide feedback to Management for further approval.
Keep track of all maintenance work for building and other installed lab facilities.
Ensure periodic maintenance of the facilities and lab equipment as per the schedule.
Handle complaints related to repair and maintenance and resolve them as per the defined timelines.
Facilitate staff in using lab furniture/facilities for work purposes.
Make regular rounds of the facility to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance are up to Excel Labs’ standards.
Manage and utilize the building and other materials available in the Store to achieve economy.
Update management about all the issues regarding building safety and maintenance.
Present monthly reports to the Management on key matters pertaining to facilities management.
