Responsible for creating brand awareness to expand the Corporate Market presence of the Excel Labs.
Achieve sales targets, generate profit-margins and ensure execution of services as per the terms agreed with the clients.
Ensure that financial recoveries from corporate clients are taking place regularly and addressing critical areas to keep the figures as low as possible.
Manage and coordinate pre-employment and annual screenings for existing corporate clients through our partner labs.
Cooperate with the Management in developing the future plans and suggest improvement in the current program.
Plan and supervise marketing activities in coordination with the Line Manager.
Develop and maintain a prioritized list of clients across a variety of segments including traditional (e.g., health systems) and non-traditional segments.
For qualified leads, set up and facilitate initial conversations to understand clients' goals and pain points and introduce them to understand the Excel Labs offering.
Visit the clients and give them timely follow-up and feedback for sales improvement.
Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
