Excel Labs is seeking an energetic and talented candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Patient Experience .

The suitable candidate must be;

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day reception services and ensure smooth functioning of the Patient Care Department
Ensure well-functioning of Patient Services systems and make suggestions for improvement
Oversee staffing and upkeep of the Patient Services area.
Directly coordinate with Patients and their Attendants to facilitate them up to their satisfaction.
Develop, implement and monitor complaint handling system.
Monitoring of daily cash received at the points.
Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by the Manager.
