Excel Labs is seeking for a motivated and talented individual for the position of HR Officer (Recruitment & Payroll). The suitable candidate must be;

A dynamic team player
Well-aware of HR trends and practices
Responsible, goal-oriented and organized
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

Organize and aid in the hiring activity including maintaining CV Pool, shortlisting candidates, assisting in initial screening and arranging interviews.
Preparation of offer, confirmation, experience and termination and reference letters for bank account opening etc.
Ensure timely and error-free compilation of staff’s salary activity on a monthly basis.
Responsible for completing and upkeep of employee files and records.
Assist in completing the confirmation and clearance documents of employees.
Answer employee queries related to HR matters on a daily basis and assist supervisor in employee engagement activities.
Assist in collating statistical data for monthly HR reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
